Jack Burgess, Esquire
Jack Burgess is a product of Fairfax County and the Washington, D.C. area. He grew up and attended high school in Fairfax County. His undergraduate degree is from American University and his law degree is from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in D.C. After law school, he received a Trial Advocacy certification from Georgetown University.
Jack is a member of the Virginia and District of Columbia Bars. He is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals where he has argued numerous appellate cases. He is also a member of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Jack belongs to the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, The Fairfax County Bar Association and the Trial Lawyers Association of Metropolitan Washington, D.C.
Jack is the founder of the law firm Burgess & Perigard in Fairfax City.
