FOP Fairfax Lodge 77 President Mike Scanlon, Vice President Brad Carruthers, Second Vice President Tom Aardema, board member Brendan Hooke and other lodge members attended the 26th Annual Virginia FOP Rally Day in Richmond January 22, 2014. The Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General and Secretary of Public Safety addressed the group, and the Lodge 77 contingent also met with members of the Virginia Senate and House of Delegates.
